We sat down with James Cash, owner of Hero Realty Group to learn how he utilizes the Real Geeks platform to close deals throughout Anchorage, Alaska.
James loves the quality of life that you get living in Alaska. Less people means less traffic, higher wages, better opportunities, and more land when you purchase a home.
And, of course, the incredible scenery. James hunts, bikes, hikes, goes fishing - you name it.

He started a KW back in 2013, and after 3 months on a team he decided to go solo. And of course, he needed leads.

"I've had Zillow as well, and I spent thousands of dollars of my money to find leads there, and especially this year it has been underperfoming. It was negative ROI for me this year."
So much so, that James thought his agents weren't handling the leads, so he hopped on Zillow himself for 45 days, and he closed a whopping…0 leads.
